News:ベルリンの壁(The Berlin Wall)

     Nov.9 Tens of thousands of people gathered at the city of Germany to celebrate the 25th anniversary of fall of The Berlin Wall.

    8,000 pieces of helium balloons have been released into the sky to mark the event.

   Based on Wikipedia The Berlin Wall was a Barrier that existed from 1961 though 1989,constructed by GDR(German democratic republic,east Germany) starting 13 august 1961, that completely cut off West Berlin from surrounding east Germany and from east Berlin until it was opened in 1989.
