Health | COVID-19 is everywhere. What Can I Do?

This is new normal for all us. And New Normal means keeping ourselves Covid-19-and-other-diseases-free. So, we must remember these things: 

- Wash your hands (it says that washing hands 11 times a day increases the possibility of not infection viruses).

- Physical Distancing (use Zoom or Skype of your miss someone else. Remember, distance your body but not your heart. Keep in touch and remind them not go outside).

- Ensure that ventilation systems in your place operate properly (if not, do you work at Home or in a place where less people).

- Devise shopping (this is to help you purchase anything without going somewhere. Make sure to buy local products since they are suffering of bankruptcy).

- Wear your mask properly (The main objective of mask is to protect you. Mask can also be the source of infection if not being used properly. Change your mask every 4 hours. Never touch your mask).

- Call first for consultation (if you feel any symptoms of Covid-19 such as Fever, soar throat, or  Hard of breathing, do not use transportation but instead call your local Covid-19 emergency team to assist you). Covid-19 teams are called 保健所(Hoken Jou).

- Avoid the 3C’s “precaution” (Closed spaces, Crowded Places and Close contact settings).

- Protect yourself while eating (Eating requires to take off your mask and it increases risk. To protect, judta avoid waiting with friends. In addition, Go eat where less people. To remind also, Better to boost your immune system by eating healthy foods and proper exercise).
