Suicide cases ng mga babae at bata tumaas sa Japan noong 2nd wave.
Sa July-October, tumaas ng 16% ang suicide rate kumpara noong isang taon.
Base sa authors sa pag-aaral nito, "Unlike normal economic circumstances, this pandemic disproportionately affects the psychological health of children, adolescents and females (especially housewives)”.
Basi sa report, Malaki ang epekto ng pandemya sa mga babae na nasa industriya. Dahil dito, nadagdaghan kamo ang resposibilidad ng Ina. Resulta, nakitaas din ito ng pagdami ng domestic violence cases.

"People worry about COVID-19. But a lot of people have also committed suicide because they have lost their jobs, they have lost their income and couldn't see the hope," he said. "We need to strike the balance between managing COVID-19 and managing the economy."
